| How Do I Return A Product? |

| Returns Policy: Their are several rules that apply to returns. If you have purchased New equipment, ie; small wares,refrigeration, cooking equipment, china,flatware, glassware, you cannot have used or installed the product to be issued return credit. Their are absolutely no returns of Clothing, used equipment, furniture, or special order items. For all items deemed returnable, their will be a 25% return/restocking fee assessed. This amount will be deducted from the return amount. All returns will be issued Store Credit. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost associated with the returned goods. Goods must be insured. Goods must be in their original factory packaging. YOU MUST CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER PRIOR TO ANY RETURNS. PLEASE NOTE: WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN OUR EBAY STORE. |
