Adcraft's 24" heavy duty stainless steel electric griddle is made for high output environments. It's 15.5" x 24" cooking area gives you plenty of cooking surface in even the tightest of spaces. The adjustable thermostat controls the temperature range from 120F-570F degrees giving you complete control of the 3/8" stainless steel griddle plate and its entire cooking zone. This griddle comes with 3" side and back mounted splash guards for protection and a grease collection pan in the front for easy cleaning.
