Many items in our store are shipped "Free". The free shipping applies to shipments within the contiguous United States. If you reside outside of the contiguous United States, please email us thru the contact seller link within the listing for a shipping quote. Destinations outside the contiguous United States would include Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories and protectorates. Shipping of Items via Freight Carrier

All of our items for sale over 80 pounds will be shipped via a freight carrier. A freight carrier is responsible for transportation of merchandise only. They are not movers. Upon receipt of your purchased merchandise, the freight carrier will require you to sign a piece of paper called a bill of lading. This paper finalizes the contract between shipper and receiver. It is a means by which the trucking company can verify that the merchandise has reached its final destination. Your signature on the delivering carrier's freight Bill Of Lading (BOL) constitutes acceptance of the merchandise as is and in good order. If you do not inspect before signing you are, for all practical purposes, waiving the right to collect on a damage claim even if the damage is discovered later (known as concealed damage). We ship many items over 80 pounds "Free" This is to a final destination with a "commercial" address located in the contiguous United States. With a loading dock, A commercial address is an address which has been determined as such by your local zoning and planning commission; typically a restaurant, bar, hospital, retail store, warehouse or industrial facility. Most home businesses, Churches, day care facilities, or mobile food facilities are not commercial. If there is any question as to whether your address is commercial, please contact us via the contact seller link within the listing to determine if your address is commercial. If you do not have a commercial address and would like your item shipped to a residence, or other non commercial address, we can accommodate. There will be a residential freight fee of $100. This is in addition to any listing offer of "free shipping" If you are a commercial or residential address without a loading dock, there will also be a lift gate fee of $100. You can avoid the lift gate fee if you have a forklift.You may also pick up your merchandise at your local Freight Carrier for no additional charge. Order Processing Times

  • We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Standard Order Processing time: 1-2 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse. While we try to get all order out next business day we will notify customer of any delay that may happen

  • Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 12 days.

Return Policy

  • New Items cannot be returned if they have been USED in any way. This means having had contact with food or water, been hooked up to gas, water, steam, or electricity. They cannot have been direct wired, plumbed, adjusted or modified in any way. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories and literature included..
  • Used Equipment is not returnable.
  • Returns for refund are accepted for the first 7 days after customer receives the item.
  • All new equipment returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Any problem with an Item must be reported within warranty period.
  • If items are damaged in Transit Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Package or no claim will be allowed. Please allow yourself adequate time to inspect all freight as you receive it. It is important not to feel rushed when accepting delivery via Freight carriers. Make sure you make any notations on the carriers "Bill of Lading" as to the condition of the packaging and contents. It is almost impossible to collect a claim on concealed damage, that is why it is important to carefully open up your package and inspect.
